Wudang Mountain is the birthplace of Wudang Neijia martial Arts. After thousands of years of inheritance and development, it has gradually formed a Wudang internal cultivation system that integrates fitness and health preservation, self-cultivation and character refinement, and martial arts and self-defense. It is profound in foundation and follows the natural way.

The Five Forms of Martial Arts secretly passed down in Wudang are classic internal cultivation techniques that have been secretly passed down through the ages in the Wudang Taoist school and are also essential foundational health preservation skills for Wudang disciples. The complete set of exercises is divided into five major moves: turtle form, snake Form, dragon Form, tiger Form and crane Form. The martial arts techniques are inspired by the characteristics of celestial beings and divine beasts, in line with the traditional philosophy of the Five Elements, achieving a harmonious integration of form and meaning, and cultivating both internal and external aspects. By imitating the five postures and the transformation of qi, one can harmonize the internal organs, unblock the meridians, balance Yin and Yang, and enrich qi and blood. Long-term practice can clear the mind and improve eyesight, strengthen the foundation and nourish the essence, make one energetic, and make the mind sharp, comprehensively regulating the physical and mental functions of the human body.
This ancient health-preserving exercise has now been passed down and popularized. It is easy to learn and suitable for people of all ages. It has extremely high practical value for the general public to strengthen their bodies, prevent and treat diseases, and relax their minds and bodies.

A brief introduction to Yuan Limin, the inheritor of the Wudang Secret Five-Form Kung Fu

Master Yuan Limin, whose lay name was Liangbiao, was from ancient Jingzhou. He is now twenty-four years old and was born in the Year of the Goat. Since childhood, he has been influenced by the local martial arts culture. He has diligently practiced traditional folk martial arts, worked hard and respected his teachers. He was highly valued by his master, who imparted all his martial arts knowledge to him.
At the age of eleven, under the guidance of his master, he traveled far to Wudang, returned to the sect and entered the Taoist path, officially becoming a disciple to practice the orthodox internal martial arts of Wudang. The Wudang Taoist school has strict rules and regulations. Ancient martial arts have always been kept secret and not passed on to the outside world. However, Yuan Limin was determined and persistent. He humbly sought advice and devoted himself to hard practice. With his solid foundation and years of refinement of his character, he eventually obtained the orthodox true transmission of Wudang martial arts.
Having lived in Wudang for many years, he was exposed to Taoist culture and Wudang Taoist arts. He deeply realized that Wudang Kung fu is closely related to traditional culture and Taoist health preservation. Since then, he has cultivated both martial arts and culture, humbly seeking advice and learning from the senior Taoists, constantly improving his martial ethics, martial arts proficiency and traditional cultural literacy. His kung fu skills have become increasingly refined, and he has been highly recognized and praised by the older generation of Wudang martial artists.
With a mission of inheritance in mind, Yuan Limin takes it as his responsibility to promote Wudang martial arts and spread Taoist health preservation culture. In 1998, I was ordered to go out independently to teach martial arts and accumulated rich experience in teaching. In 1999, he returned to Wudang and represented Wudang on a visit to Hong Kong, where he participated in the opening ceremony of the 5th World Wushu Championships.
