The diagram of the Ren and Du meridians in Ningyangzi explains that the Ren meridian starts from below the middle pole, reaches the hairline above, runs through the abdomen, ascends to Guanyuan, reaches the throat, runs through the middle and ascends, enters the brain from the space, and stops at the junction of the gums (i.e., the gap between the lower teeth), belonging to the sea of Yin meridians. The Governor vessel originates from the lower extremum of 腧, rises from the spine, ascends to fengfu, enters the top of the brain, follows the forehead to the nasal column, and the qi passes through the middle from here. It then descends from the empty space into the throat and stops at the junction of the gums (i.e., the gap between the upper teeth), belonging to the sea of Yang meridians. Therefore, the teeth and teeth are in harmony, the tongue is on the upper palate, and it connects with the Du and Ren meridians. The Ren meridian is the one that enables women to conceive and nourish. The Du Meridian is the one that governs the sea of meridians. The ancient immortal said, "The deer moves its tailgate and unblocks its governor vessel, thus achieving immortality for a thousand years." Turtles breathe through their nostrils and unblock their Ren meridians, thus they can prolong their lives. If a person can unblock these two meridians, then all meridians will be unobstructed. The Yellow Court Classic states: "All are governed by the flow of the Heavenly meridians within the heart, and those that exist day and night will lead to immortality." " The Heavenly Meridian is the yellow path of my body. The breath flows through it, which is known as the Ren and Du meridians. The fifth-rank immortals say that people, endowed with the qi of the two instruments, take on the forms of the four elements. Among them, the sensations and endowments vary, and so do the wise and the foolish. Without considering the depth of one's ability or the dullness of one's comprehension, upon hearing just a few words and hearing no merit at all, one still hopes to become an immortal or a Buddha. Isn't this self-deception and false accusation? There are five grades of immortals: heaven, earth, gods, humans, and ghosts. How soon do you encounter them and how do you deal with them? Celestial immortals, having cultivated through countless eons, possess innate spiritual roots and wisdom. They are reborn into virtuous realms, enter the path with a childlike innocence, and are taught by sages. They are the supreme one, using heaven and earth as their cauldrons and the sun and moon as water and fire. They are pure and natural, with pure inner and outer elixirs, transcending the three realms and breaking free from the shackles. They are the ones who rely on heaven and transcend it. The Earth Immortal, with unwavering faith and determination, transcends the mundane. In their prime, they study the Tao, understand the mechanisms of nature, grasp the principles of living things, refine elixirs, take bait for immortality, maintain their form and live in the world. To become an immortal on land is to use the land as the land. Immortals are born with the essence of immortality, with great loyalty and filial piety. They accumulate merit and virtue. In their youth, they seek the Tao and are tired of living in the mundane world. They enter famous mountains and blessed lands, refine their essence into qi, refine their qi into spirit, and refine their spirit back to emptiness. They first cultivate jade liquid and then golden elixir. When Yin is exhausted and Yang is pure, they transcend the mundane and reach the sacred. They transform their forms into qi and freely pursue the distant. This is the refinement of spirit back to the divine. A celestial being is humble and self-disciplined, good at being with others. In middle age and later years, fame and fortune are no longer a thing to do. One forgets one's emotions towards the environment, receives one's fortune, removes lead and adds mercury, fills and displaces, breathes and exhales at any time, guides and practices in accordance with the rhythm, and enjoys physical and mental peace. One can resist illness and prolong life. This is someone who uses others to help others. Ghosts and immortals, by nature, are ordinary and do not understand the great way. They hold onto a certain topic to keep their minds calm and thus gain the insight of the divine and the supernatural. Or they observe fasting and precepts, with their bodies like withered trees and their minds like ashes. In a state of concentration, they can produce Yin spirits. After death, their spirits do not disperse and they can be reborn and possessed. They are pure Yin without Yang and will never leave the realm of ghosts. Those who study the Tao do not cling or lean on others. They ascend to the halls and enter the rooms, gradually and deeply. The ultimate Tao is not far away; with diligent practice, one can reach it. The Elixir Classic states: "It is easy to repair a dilapidated house, and it is not difficult to regrow a withered medicine." "But knowing the law of return, gold and treasures accumulate like a mountain." Truly, that's what I said. Walking, standing, sitting and lying down, it's said that walking, standing, sitting and lying down can't do without this. Without this, it means missing out. This is the great way, with respect as the main principle. Respect is to master the subtleties of the beginning and end of the esoteric learning, to control the qi with the spirit and return it to the qi acupoints. One must not leave it for a moment. Be on guard against the invasion of the sleeping demon and always be mindful to guard it. If there is a slight deviation in one thought and the spirit leaves the cavity, the formation of the elixir will not be possible. The procession refers to walking on a smooth and ordinary path. One must not rush forward but move slowly and gradually, with the mind watching over it. If one walks too fast and walks for a long time, it will hurt the tendons and the elixir cannot be made. When one stands upright, one must focus one's mind on the vast void. One should not let go of one's thoughts, wandering aimlessly. Instead, one must look inward with one's eyes and concentrate one's mind on the deep valley, the mud ball, and the great abyss. If evil thoughts arise, the spirit will be in harmony but the qi will be detached. Standing for a long time will harm the bones and the formation of elixirs will not be achieved. When sitting, one should regulate one's breath in a continuous and ordinary state of meditation, sit upright, use silence as a form of restraint, softness as a form of application, know when to stop as if one were foolish, when to be cautious as if one were slow, and when to be subtle as if one were clumsy, forgetting both self and the world. Concentrate wholeheartedly on the center, reflect the light within, and the body must not move; otherwise, the tiger will wander, the essence will be lost, the lead will fly, and the spirit will not enter the qi. When one's mind is fixed, the heart must not move; if it does, the dragon will run, the energy will disperse, mercury will escape, and the energy will not enter the spirit. Concentrate the mind and forget the form, to the point of forgetting, then the body and mind will be at peace, the wisdom of the sage will be complete and bright, the light of wisdom will be faint and white, and one will become one with the Tao. When it comes to regulating the breath, one should start with intention and gradually become natural, calm and gentle. One must not breathe roughly; otherwise, the medicine will disperse. The vital energy of a person is similar to that of heaven and earth. When one inhales, the weather descends; when one exhales, the earth's energy rises. Exhale to the root and inhale to the base. When exhaled, the dragon roars and the clouds rise; when inhaled, the tiger roars and the wind rises. One inhalation and one exhalation constitute one breath. The qi travels for a month throughout the day. But once one breath is held, there will be a year's period. This allows the true nature of the spirit to follow the qi, and the breathing to be even. When there is no breath, it condenses into golden liquid to form the elixir of millet. If one sits stubbornly and the mind wanders, the spirit scatters and the qi scatters. Prolonged sitting harms the flesh and makes it difficult to form elixirs. As the saying goes, "Two or three years of hard work brings a thousand lifetimes of joy." When lying down, one's mind sinks into the deep valley. The deep valley is the Kun abdomen. The primordial spirit resides at the head during the day and at the abdomen at night, with its activity in the eyes. When sleeping, one should lie on the east side. Do not lie on your back with your feet stretched out. Instead, lie on your side like a dragon hibernating. Use one hand to rest the pillow and the other to hold the heel. Lie on your side with your feet bent, bend over and close your eyes. Look inward at the qi points and immerse your mind in the deep valley. Focus your mind inward like a chicken holding an egg, so that you can sleep soundly. If one lies on their back with their feet stretched out and their mouth open for breath, their mind will wander and their qi will disperse. Prolonged lying down will harm their qi and make it difficult for them to form elixirs. One must always be vigilant and consistent in walking, standing, sitting and lying down. Only in this way can one achieve success. Even the slightest mistake will cause all previous efforts to be wasted. The book says, "The three treasures of ears, ears and mouth, if they are blocked, do not communicate. A true person will dive into the abyss and float in the rules." Yes. The cultivation of the secret formula for the direct release of the Golden Liquid and the Elixir lies in forgetting the words and maintaining the unity. Forgetting the words keeps the qi from dissipating, and maintaining the unity keeps the spirit from leaving. Firstly, it is the Taiji and the southwest Village. Its essence lies in the intersection of Kun and Fu, in an endless cycle. The spirit is hidden within Kun (that is, knowing that white guards black), and the divine will come naturally. Kun refers to the six intersections, that is, six days. When one remains steadfast in stillness, the Yin energy rises and the Yang energy is generated. After the six interconnections, the Yang energy is reborn, which is the seven days of the sun's rise and fall. What then? Lead and mercury are born from one. One is the beginning of the five elements and a great derivation number. There are fifty-five numbers. By dividing five numbers internally, it represents the five elements, and by dividing one number, it represents the Tai Chi, which is one. The remaining forty-nine are divided into two forms and four images to generate the hexagram. The sages and immortals knew that the one was lead and mercury, so they held the one and practiced for forty-nine days. When the Yang energy returned below the five Yin energies and the one Yang began to stir, it was like seeing the root of heaven where the earth encountered thunder. The number of the Earthly Branch Hai has been exhausted. When the child is born and returns, does the hexagram reveal the heart of heaven and earth again? When thunder reappears in the earth, thunder represents the strong Yang and the earth represents the gentle and compliant. When the strong Yang is beneath the gentle Yin, it is called the one qi of the innate qi. To achieve the Taiji, one must remain calm and generate Yang, concentrate wholeheartedly, and eliminate all miscellaneous thoughts. To obtain the innate energy, one must return one's will to nothingness. The origin of the void primordial qi is thus said to be that the innate qi comes from the void. The term "nothingness" does not mean nothingness and extinction. When one is in a state of confusion and desolation, with all six meridians ceasing, the true breath abiding by itself, and the state of great chaos and stillness being achieved, the divine will naturally come. The saying goes: "If you ask about the innate and find nothing, then you have to make efforts in the later stage." Alas, people are tainted by the seven emotions and burdened by karma, thus becoming postnatal deities rather than innate wonders. If one is deceived in the later stage of life, the innate mind will be obscured. All those who cultivate immortality draw their curtains and close their mouths. "Dui" refers to the mouth, regulating the breath of the nose, suppressing the breath of the tongue, concentrating the sound of the ears, and closing the path of the valley. The four images are in harmony, returning to nothingness, keeping the body, mind and will still, gathering the spirit of the later life, returning to the cave of creation, blending with the qi, constantly being aware, and constantly abiding by the rules, achieving long-term proficiency. When the spirit returns to the golden cauldron, the mysterious female establishes the foundation, it can generate true qi, and true qi can transform into true lead. Only when the essence, qi and spirit are all complete can the function be fulfilled. A small silence lasts for one hundred days, a medium silence for two hundred days, and a large silence for three hundred days. First, let's try the stillness. The divine light penetrates the weft of the curtain. A crescent moon hangs in the southwestern village, like the moon rising on the third night of the lunar New Year, and the golden energy begins to appear. A wisp of heat rises to the heart, flows down with the mind, passes through the tail end, follows the yellow path, goes over the jade pillow, ascends the mud ball, travels through the nine palaces, and descends from the upper palate. At first, the warm air descends, dripping with water in a drizzling manner. The fragrance is like nectar, and the taste is like sweet dew. One can see it off with the eyes and welcome it with the mind. When it enters the tripod, it flows freely in the limbs. The beauty lies within. This is the charm of the small kan li jiao 姤. Only then did I realize that silence has made a difference. It has become even more resolute and vigorous, doubling the previous achievements. It has been quiet again and again. When the middle stillness arrives, one enters a land of nothlessness. The sun and moon come to a standstill, the Xuanji cannot move, the netherworld is in chaos, the celestial root is in motion, the Kun Palace is like the sound of thunder, the abdomen is like the sound of silk being torn, the bladder is hot, and the two kidneys are decocted. With his divine breath, he sank to the bottom of the sea and gently moved, breaking through the three passes. True qi, like thunder and fire, rose silently, flowing through the six immortals. Suddenly, a mud ball flew up, the moon cave was filled with a breeze, and a round light emerged from the eyebrows, transforming into jade liquid, as beautiful as ice chips and as cool as mint. After descending the heavy tower and sending it back to the earthen cauldron, the medicine is obtained in the second pentad. In the silent circulation of the week, Zi moves the Yang fire 216, obtaining 8 taels of lead. At noon, he retreats the Yin talisman 144, refining half a jin of mercury. The number of days in the week is sufficient, and thus the four periods have unique and wonderful uses. At this time, the spirit is like the joyous union of a couple, and the soul is like the lingering affection of a mother and child. With one mind, it is maintained, and the name is "the return of love to the beginning of nature". Only then can it be called the return of the elixir. The great Kan Li jiao 姤 the beauty of the return of the elixir with jade liquid. The cycle is endless, repeating itself without end, running ceaselessly. Now the jade liquid is in the tripod, and tomorrow the jade liquid will be reborn at the right time. The application is the same as before, and the previous efforts are seamless. What a beautiful scene! It cannot be fully described. It is so natural that I do not understand why. At this point in practice, the nine orifices are firmly connected in accordance with the Dharma and become even more diligent. The six senses are in a state of great concentration, and the vast number of calamities in heaven and earth is exhausted. Only then can one regain the seven days of heaven and earth. When the great silence came, in a hazy and mysterious state, the sun rose and gradually became round, hanging in the middle of the sky. In an instant, the red light of the sun burst forth and rose into the moon, meeting it to form a round and bright red light, which is the true lead and true mercury, the wonderful combination of the sun and the moon. Even if one inhales red light through the nose, it is the point where the spirit is hidden and vulnerable. When the Xun wind is agitated, the two energies converge on the Yellow path, the three elements blend into the Yuan Palace, the metal and wood naturally merge, and the dragon and tiger naturally subdue. From time to time, the sky and earth are clear and bright, and there are no clouds around. Only a grain of millet can be seen in the compass, hanging in the North Sea, shining brightly and radiating. Silently circulating throughout the sky, the number of fire talismans is sufficient, the golden liquid flows and melts, resembling millet. It rises into a clay ball, like an ice bead, and suddenly drops into the earthen pot. This is the wonderful interaction of heaven and earth 姤. All the forces are thus determined, all the transformations are thus determined, and all the countless calamities arise from the sprout of a single grain of millet. The millet, with its vast and gradually changing stars, its color gradually turning ochre, can only be determined by the opportune moment. The opportune moment is established by me, and the transformation is generated by the opportune moment. One opportune moment brings about myriad transformations. Believe it! The grain of millet without form turns into the true with form. The "Contract" states: "When golden sand enters the five interiors, the mist scatters like clouds and winds." The steam reaches the limbs, and the color is lustrous and good." With this golden liquid attached to the body, the fire energy for ten months will not be lacking. Every breath will return to the root, continuous and unbroken, like a chicken holding an egg, like a dragon nurturing a pearl, always in mind. Thoughts must not arise; if they arise, they will burn like fire. The mind must not be lost; if it is lost, the fire will be cold. But to be neither excessive nor insufficient, to be in the middle of giving and taking, to practice the two hexagrams every day, to be in the morning and in the evening. Therefore, it is said: "Six hundred times of heat control, each time it is similar." There was a fiery elixir heating up in the eyebrows, and a black ball of true water was drawn into the tripod, and the heat dissipated by itself. When October is fulfilled, the baby's appearance is revealed. The spirit is shifted and the tripod is changed. The spirit is adjusted to emerge from the shell. If this is done step by step, the holy fetus will manifest. The wonders are boundless. In the stillness of the body, one suddenly smells a strange fragrance, sees sweet spring water flowing from the tongue, sees heaven above and hell below, sees red clouds swirling above, sees sharp flashes in the eyes, hears celestial sounds, sees jade pillars flowing from the nose, or sees dragons and tigers meeting in harmony, the sun and the moon confluence. Or one may see the internal organs penetrating through and golden light covering the body. Or cold spring water descends into the mouth. Even if one swallows the elixir point, it cannot be spat out; that is elixir. Or when the true qi of the kidney hall emerges, it seeps through the mud balls from top to bottom and reaches the Yongquan Spring. One can hear thousands of war drums and countless rumbles of thunder, like a fierce wind lifting the ground. The upper and lower parts turn red, the surrounding sky is burning with fire, the whole body aches, bones and tendons Pierce through, the eight meridians of the limbs, the whole body is affected, the brain feels as if it has been split by an axe, and the bones feel as if they have been shattered. Or for three to five days, the person may lose consciousness. Or listen to the words of heaven and man, your heart opens up, geography and mountains and rivers are like the palm of your hand, knowing astronomy and geography, understanding the past and the future, a tiny light fills the room, and a strange fragrance spreads everywhere. Suddenly, when one's nature jumps out of the body, one finds the four elements stinky and filthy, which is a sign of a trance. One quickly retreats it. After a thousand days of practice, one's supernatural powers will be at ease. Even if one eats a hundred meals a day, one won't be full; for a hundred days, one won't be hungry or hungry; even if one drinks, one won't get drunk; and one won't be affected by the cold or heat. If one sees the above verification, one should further refine and improve oneself to reach the supreme realm. Since ancient times, when immortals and sages were lost in the divine, there was no other magic formula. That is my primordial spirit, which is enlightened by the golden liquid and nourished for ten months, is full of energy and spirit, and emerges from the womb. It has a body outside itself, shining in the nine heavens. When gathered, it takes shape; when dispersed, it turns into energy. The Yin spirit cannot split into forms, while the Yang spirit can transform into trillions of forms. Its appearance and concealment are unpredictable, and its changes are endless. It can walk under the sun and moon without a trace, enter metal and stone without hindrance, and reach thousands of miles in an instant. The past and the future are all known. This is what is called a divine being that is both sacred and unknowable. When the top door first opens, it is like a huge axe splitting the head. Do not be alarmed. When choosing the auspicious time of the ecliptic, the sky is free of clouds and the four energies are clear and bright, emerging from the three directions of opening, resting and generating. When first emerging, one must circle left and right, looking back at the divine chamber. With the nine nine feet, the qi of the five internal organs and the five buds within the body was spread out in the air, transforming into five-colored auspicious clouds. The spirit rose and shot into the auspicious clouds. Now I see the demons and heretics of the heavens, all kinds of scenes luring my gods. If he were to leave and never return, entering the realm of the celestial demons, he would merely pass away in meditation. With single-minded concentration, the golden light of the Yang spirit was dominant, and the scene before it gradually receded. The primordial spirit was about to be brought back to the central palace, mixed and reborn, and immediately appeared before him, indistinct from his own form. It could not be let go lightly. Looking back at his own corpse shell, it was like dirt, filthy and detestable. That is, he was brought back to the sacred room. Once the interaction became proficient, he took a step forward and returned to the central palace to practice the number nine. It's the second step again, and the number nine is returned. Take two steps, four steps, five steps, ten steps, and then a hundred steps and repeat the number nine. From one li, three li, five li, ten li, a hundred li, a thousand li to ten thousand li, the drill was as proficient as before. It took one year and five years to enter the cave abode, to refine the spirit and restore the void. After three years of refining the spirit and returning to the void, when the performance of the spirit was highly proficient, the Yang spirit was taken into the Mud Pill Divine Room. Neither hunger nor thirst, neither cold nor heat, transcending the three realms, transcending the five elements, forgetting the spirit and merging with the void, the Yang spirit enters the formless realm, only seeing a bright state. The spirit and the void are one, the sun and the moon shine together, the universe lies within, all changes come from the heart, my spirit fills the universe, omnipresent, one day above and below, ten thousand miles in an instant, the earth, mountains and rivers, the sun shining all over, floating in the clouds of space, drifting in the boats of the four seas, transcending the surface of all things. All gods and spirits, everywhere and everywhere, are my gods. They coalesse into form and disperse into energy, thus forming an unbreakable golden body for countless eons. As the saying goes, "A thousand rivers have water and a thousand moons; ten thousand miles without clouds, ten thousand miles of sky." Ah! A thousand sages could not be found, and their entire bodies were hidden in the vast void. If one does not forget the unity of the divine and the void, one can only produce a hundred or a thousand divine ears. How could one possibly encompass the entire universe? When entering the demonic realm and reaching its peak of stillness, one's own soul, the three parts, the Eight Immortals, and the various deities transform into demons. One may see a red snake coming, or the Queen Mother of the West, or immortals and beauties indulging in all kinds of pleasures, or long banners, precious banners, and celestial books coming to welcome, or dragon carriages, wind and meat, thousands of chariots and horses, or celestial demons transforming into parents and wives to test, or evil gods changing into strange forms to lure oneself into the demonic realm. It is impossible to describe. Do not pay attention to him. Keep your mind focused and the demons will naturally disappear. Suddenly, he became enthusiastic, singing and dancing by himself, speaking wildly, and composing poems and essays. Or talk about the mysterious and the profound; Or laugh and be sad; It was caused by the three corpses. If not prohibited, all previous efforts will be in vain. Or one might see an old man riding a deer coming to call. Or one may see two women coming hand in hand to speak. Or one day, the body feels exhausted, the chest and diaphragm feel distension and pain, and several bowls of blood are vomited. Do not worry about it, as it is enough to exert oneself since childhood and damage the heart blood. Vomit this blood, and all long-standing diseases will disappear. Or the flanks are like being pricked by cones, and the internal organs are like torn silk. Or if foul-smelling foreign substances are excreted in the urine and feces, and foul pus and blood are discharged from the nine orifices, it is the accumulation of toxins and evil in the fetus. After it is completely removed and all the impurities are replaced, it will then turn into a strange fragrance and become a celestial body. Or if there is poison in the eyes that is hard to open, wash it with human milk. Use a 14-year-old girl to lick it with her tongue every day, and her primordial spirit will easily come out. The girl will also become an immortal. Or if the body is steaming hot, feeling dizzy and depressed, the joints are aching like fragments, and the whole body is sweating profusely, it is not strange at all; it is truly transcendent. Or when the three fields are filled and the external kidney cannot be lifted, even if the middle finger of the left hand points the Yin ð« Zhuofang point, and the right hand holds the jade stem of the external kidney, lift it up to Guanyuan, and pinch it tightly Straighten your spine, place the clay pill, look up at the top of the door with both eyes, rotate your eyes twenty-six times, and stop only when the Yang is dispersed. This supreme and ultimate transmission of the heart is an immortal study that is hard to come by throughout the ages. Scholars should encourage it!
