The so-called Women's alchemy School by Kongde actually refers to various alchemy methods specifically for women to practice. Based on the analysis of historical circumstances, the maturation of women's elixirs should have occurred earlier than that of men's elixirs. Because for a rather long period five thousand years ago, it was women who dominated the family and society. That era is called the matriarchal society or the feminist society by people today. In a society where "sex" has not yet been suppressed, intelligent, wealthy and powerful women, through the accumulation of experiences in their successive sexual lives, have summarized some sexual health preservation methods that benefit themselves at the expense of others, benefit themselves without harming others, and benefit both sides. From these, they have also distilled some immortal inner alchemy techniques that go beyond the ordinary nature of health preservation. At the same time, from the earliest source of male and female spiritual cultivation, the elixir of female spiritual cultivation was also summarized. In the era of the Yellow Emperor, there were many renowned female alchemists in society. Many men who pursued immortality and health preservation, including leaders like the Yellow Emperor, often sought advice from these renowned female alchemists and even became their disciples. At that time, the more well-known ones included the Queen Mother of the West, Xuan Nu, Su Nu, CAI Nu, and so on. Later, with the changes in society, men dominated the family and society, becoming a patriarchal society or a patriarchal society. This led to the formation of an ethical and cultural tradition of "men being superior to women", and women's alchemy was neglected, while men's alchemy took the dominant position. However, due to the long history of women's elixirs and the fact that there are always men and women in society, women's health preservation is an objective need. Therefore, although the inheritance of women's elixirs is more inconvenient than that of men's elixirs, it has also been continued and passed down in the tortuous and complex historical development. However, due to the specific social and historical circumstances, women's elixirs were often passed down concurrently by male health preservation experts in certain situations, thus failing to form a school. The reason why men have men's elixirs and women have women's Elixirs is that there are many differences between men and women in terms of life, body, physiology, psychology and other aspects. Therefore, in the stage of cultivation and refinement, that is, in the "foundation establishment" stage, the methods adopted are different. In the second method of "The Path of Female Correction" by Min Xiaogen of the Qing Dynasty, it is stated: "..." A woman is of Yin nature and represents the moon. When one is thirteen, fourteen or fifteen years old, their vital energy is abundant, their true blood is full, and they have one of the Yin's Yang, with the full moon's light shining brightly. As soon as the Heavenly essence descends, the primordial energy is broken and the true blood is drained. If, after marriage or after giving birth to a boy or a girl, one's vital energy gradually wanes and true blood gradually diminishes. Even though the Xin water revives every month, it is still injured every month. A woman's fate is hard to cultivate. This is the point. If a woman wants to save her life and restore her original state, she must seek and practice the formula. Once she has the formula and practices it, she will achieve success very quickly." In the preface to the "Compilation of Female Alchemy" by He Longxiang of the Qing Dynasty, it is stated: "Men should first refine their fundamental essence and then their physical form and substance." A woman should first cultivate her physical form and essence, and then her fundamental essence. Male Yang descends, while female Yang ascends. When a man achieves the state of not leaking his scriptures, it is called the descent of a white tiger. When a woman achieves perfection without missing any scriptures, it is called slaying the red dragon. The male spirit reverts to immortality, while the female blood surges straight to the heart. The male seven-petal lotus is hard to release but easy to collect, while the female seven-petal lotus is easy to release but easy to collect. Male cultivators practice the Sun to refine their qi, while female cultivators practice the Moon to refine their form. For men, it is called "tai", and for women, it is called "xi". When a male white tiger descends, its stem shrinks like a child's body. When a female red dragon is cut, her breasts shrink like a male's body. A man who is lost in thought late will also achieve enlightenment late; a woman who is lost in thought quickly will also achieve enlightenment quickly. A man can rise on his own, but a woman must be saved... The difference in this construction method is like the principle of life and nature; there is no difference. In summary, female elixir cultivation can also be divided into two major categories: pure cultivation and dual cultivation. The lower form of the dual cultivation method is the physical communion method, and the higher form is the spiritual communion method. There is no other difference in the methods; it is just that there are corresponding secrets in terms of technical coordination with men. Apart from the differences in the parts of the body that are cultivated during the foundation establishment stage, the overall form of the Pure Cultivation method is no different from that of men. If there are conditioned phenomena, there are unconditioned phenomena. There are gradual methods and sudden methods. There is also the method of supplementing with medication. Overall, at the beginning of the practice, the woman focused on the breasts. The verified benefits were that if there was a red dragon, she would cut it off; if there was no red dragon, she would cultivate it and then cut it off. Her breasts shrank like a man's body, and her physiology transformed into a youthful state. After completing the Foundation Establishment practice, one's subsequent practice is no different from that of a man. It is precisely because of the differences between men and women that some physiological and chemical reactions in the working state are not the same. As for "the time of the living Zi", the "Female Gong Zhengfa" passed down in the Qing Dynasty states: "The living Zi of the Qian Dao is recorded in the Dan Jing." Kun's body is alive as a child, something the ancients did not mention... In general, the movement and stillness of the universe, when specifically discussing the opportunities of Xi PI, are no different... This "two no differences" refers to the fact that both men and women have a "living time", but their reactions at that time are different. Moreover, due to the different ages of women, the parts they guard at specific stages of practicing martial arts also vary. However, for women's alchemy, since women's willpower, comprehension and other aspects are generally inferior to men's, it is more difficult to achieve the desired state. On the contrary, once one reaches the right state of mind and persists without ceasing, one will achieve enlightenment more quickly than a man. This is a major advantage for women in practicing martial arts. Among the "Seven Immortals" of the Northern School of Taoism, Sun Bu 'er was an outstanding and successful female alchemist. The above-mentioned eight major schools of Neidan studies truly embody all the content and essence of traditional Chinese Neidan studies. However, in ancient immortal schools, there were still some closely related to religion, such as the practice of 符箓, the conception of (divine) methods, and those focusing on methods and techniques, which did not fall under the category of orthodox internal alchemy.
